Measurements in Inches WAIST

Find the perfect size for waist cinchers. Once you have your measurements, use the chart below to find out which one will fit you best. If you have no way of measuring yourself, you can use your dress size*.  

Measure your waist circumference by placing your tape measure around your waist, passing above your belly button, the tape should not be too tight or too loose, tighten it firmly and see the number determined by the tape. That will be your waist measurement.

• High compression garments are smaller and are not the same as your underwear sizes. 
• The control girdles are made with elasticated fabrics which are designed to adapt to your silhouette, if you are between two sizes you must select the large size. 
• The time of use of the garment should be gradually increased according to its use, as well as its level of compression.
