Return and Refund Policy

All the products that have girdle behavior are products that cannot be returned and refunded, due to their quality of intimate garments.

• Manufacturing defects

All our products are verified before dispatch, but if you receive a garment with damage or manufacturing defects or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it. Contact us immediately at the following email info@skinpeachbody.com

• Exchange without refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your change. If they approve it, the new product will be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your shipped items.

• Control the exchange

Upon receiving your product, a quality control will be carried out that can take from 5 to 8 business days after receiving the girdle.

The girdle cannot be in use condition or look used, dirty or with stains of any kind. These conditions will make the exchange not possible.
